THE OTHER WORLD

No.  I am not a photographer.
At the very best I would only be a "Picture taker."

But I am an old man with a camera who likes to play.

I wanted to try infrared photography (Picture taking.)
So this old man bought an old camera and made a few changes
so it could take infrared pictures.

The scene above is at the Buffalo river with the
camera in it's normal mode.  That is showing what
your eyes can see.

The scene below is standing at the same spot with
the camera in infrared mode.  It is taking pictures of
light waves or rays that  your eyes cannot see.

They say that infrared is part of the invisible spectrum.

Do you realize that there is a whole world out there
that you cannot see?  And nobody else knew it existed
until the astronomer William Herschel discovered
infrared in 1800.

And did you know that there is a spiritual world out
there that you cannot see either.

Believe it or not, God is.
And there is a devil
and a heaven
and a hell.

Just like most modern digital cameras have as filter over the
sensor to filter out infrared light.  God's enemy, the devil,
blinds the eyes of people to the fact that there is a
spiritual world.  And that the spiritual world is more
real and permanent that the visible world.

Good for you Luther to do the camera thing, and even better... your illustration about God and satan. I love a good object lesson!

Blessings!

Clever! I'm impressed with your mastery of camera technology but, more important, how you've connected the scene to a spiritual principle ~ and such a powerful one at that!
