John The Baptist lived in the wilderness, 

wore a robe of camels hair with a leather 

belt living off the land eating locusts and 

wild honey.  But, Jesus said; “I tell you the 

truth, of all who have ever lived, none is 

greater than John the Baptist.”

Jesus [God himself in the flesh.]

live in, and birds have nests, but the Son 

of Man as no place even to lay 

his head.”

Paul the Apostle, almost as great of a 

Christian as you are said: “Even now we

 go hungry and thirsty, and we don’t have 

enough clothes to keep warm.  We are 

often beaten and have no home.”

(1 Corinthians 4:11 NLT)

True prosperity is not a lot of "stuff"

or money here on earth.

"So if we have enough food and 

clothing, let us be content."
