"The sacrifice acceptable to God
is a broken spirit; a broken and
contrite heart, O God, thou wilt
not despise."
(Psalms 51:17 RSV)
God cannot use us until we are broken.
It will save us a lot of grief if we will
just submit to God, rather than wait
until he has to break us.
