SIMPLY AWESOME.

What a revolutionary ground breaking idea.

"Build On Your Land".

I wish I had thought of that.

Can you imagine the amount of conflict, misunderstanding

and hard feeling this principle would avoid.  Building on your
own land would be like avoiding war and being able to build
the way you want too.

We owe a debt of gratitude to Southwest homes for coming
